$20+ in FREE Cheese!
I have some AMAZING friends in the Amish community North of Poynette Wisconsin.I had a visit with my friend Erma this morning and, as I was leaving, she gave me this:
A Five pound block of Amish Co-jack cheese!
Yes,
it is already sliced and cut into smaller squares, bagged up in smaller portions and chilling as I type... (I know, I drive some of you nuts, LOL)
This will easily hold us for cheese plates/snacks over the next several months!
I usually buy cheese at $1.00-1.25 for an 8oz brick, which would make this at least $16.00 out of my pocket, but it normally runs about $4.50-5.00 a pound at my stores, when NOT on sale.
That EASILY makes it over $20 and I gotta tell ya -
this cheese is SOOOOO much better than what I find at the local store.
The texture, taste and how "fresh" it is are simply too hard to describe to you but it is H.E.A.V.E.N.

Thank you Erma!
