5 Ingredient Reuben Chicken

using Frank's Sauerkraut
Before I get into the recipe, I want to tell you that you need Frank's Kraut, unless you make your own. Seriously, it is great and can make a HUGE difference in any recipe that needs Sauerkraut.

4  whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 can Sauerkraut, well drained
4 slices Swiss cheese (6x4inch)
1 1/4 cups Thousand Island dressing
1 cup crushed cracker crumbs (We prefer Rye)

Put the sauerkraut in the bottom of your 2Qt baking dish. Stir the dressing into it. Place a layer of Swiss Cheese over that. Top with chicken and cover with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 for about an hour. Great with rice!

You can put this in a microwave safe dish and pop into your microwave to save some time. You zap on high for 15 minutes. Make sure you let it rest for almost 10 minutes before serving.
