Chili Cheese Bites

We do "fridge clean out" each week and use up all left overs so we don't waste food.

Sometimes, you have to get creative
with left overs.

I was out of town for a few days,
taking my mom to the funeral in southern Illinois, so my weekly meal plan kind of went
out the window.

Coming up with something quickly,
from what was left in the fridge,
was easy.

Chili Cheese Bites!

We didn't have enough chili left for dinner -- about one good bowl left.
Add some cheese, crescent rolls and a few hot dogs (for the hubster).

Start with the crescent rolls, break them into triangles.
Add 1/4 slice of American cheese to each and a few teaspoons of chili.
Yes, you can use cheddar, etc -- I just didn't have anything else thawed out.
Hot Dogs are easy to add too!
Just roll them up... like normal rolls, per the package instructions.
All done, and ready to bake off!
Bake them at 350, like the rolls say, for 15 or so minutes.
Flaky, slightly spicy and yummy!
