Emergency Prep: Water.

We've talked about Emergency Prep before ... about needed a water supply, bug out bag and stocking up on enough food that you can eat with minimal preparation.

Hurricaine Sandy is a great reminder - people are STILL having issues, several months later!

It’s critical to understand the importance of hydration and how to stay safe if regular water supply is interrupted. People can go longer without food but not water. Cells start to deteriorate and die when deprived of water, soon after which organs quickly shut down and the damage can be irreparable. Basically, at least 64 ounces of water is needed everyday.
