Thanks to Lynelle Boado Harrison, I was blessed with a bunch of $1/2 Chocolate Covered Peeps or Peepsters coupons the night of my DeForest Coupon Class this week. After the egg hunt, we zipped over to Walmart (I knew Target was already out) and played Peep Fairies! A lot of people looking frantically at the Easter Candy were handed a coupon and shown where these puppies (or should I say chickies?) were at for $1.00 each. Thanks to the coupons, they got TWO for that $1.00 and were tickled pink! Keep in mind they were handed the coupons by a cute 5 year old, wearing bunny ears, who said "Hoppy Easter". :) Thanks again Lynelle - you made a LOT of people happy today!

Note to self - Don't look into the light when taking your own picture....bwahahaha! The ears are courtesy of Miss Sarah - she decided we needed a matched set for today's Tupperware Team Egg Hunt. We had over all the kiddos that could make it for an egg hunt and simple snacks. You can see Sarah's matching bunny ears...   The kids got split into age groups and let loose!   Rachal and her new peanut cheering on the older kids - and snacking out! They get to keep what is INSIDE the eggs - I get the eggs back for next year. We are a very "green" group! Here is Miss Sarah checking out her haul. Dontcha love the cowgirl boots? I switched things up a bit this morning - they didn't have more than 6 of the puddings I wanted and only 2 vanilla extracts. Copps and Pick N Save have a lot of fun planned for this Saturday. 1) If you are a couponer - it's the day they double TEN coupons per transaction, up to a $1 value. With your store card, you can do 6 transactions that day - possibly scoring $120 or more in FREE stuff for your family! 2) If you have kids - they have their egg hunt that day at 7:30 AM. They close a few aisles down, have chocolate foil wrapped eggs and a few prize eggs hidden for the munchkins and let them loose, one age group at a time. ****Here is the problem: If you are there to do some serious shopping, you will have a HUGE issue from 7AM (when the are lining up with the kids) until 9AM when they are finished passing out the prizes, etc. Get there EARLY or LATER - or you will be incredibly frustrated. :)
