Dear hubby has plenty of soup and soda for work, these $.18 cans keep him from spending $1.50 for a 20oz bottle of soda in the breakroom. I scored some ripe garden tomatoes on freecycle for sandwiches and salsa...The fruit I got this week will be diced and frozen as soon as it is ripe enought to, I am saving them for a yummy jam that I want to make. I will do a lot of freezer fishing over the next week or two as it is FULL so I am looking at needing TP, milk and eggs this month to fill in the gaps on my stockpile. I think that covers things for now. I need to go thru the freezer and update my inventory sheet so I know exactly what I am working with, LOL!
Do you work with a grocery budget? The magazine challenge I did said $25 per person, per week - if that helps give you a rough goal to work with. Happy shopping!
