Fun Things To Do With The Kiddos This Weekend!
Here is a list of some things in the Madison area to do this weekend - Just let me know if I missed something!

Saturday:
Kids in the Rotunda
Every Saturday October thru May - Overture Center for the Arts
Overture Center offers free arts programs designed for children and families at 9:30 AM, 11 AM and 1 PM. The popular performing arts series for children and families offers a relaxed, kid-friendly environment in which to enjoy a diverse lineup of local and regional musicians, storytellers, jugglers, theater troupes, magicians and dancers.
**The 1 PM performances are sign language interpreted. Kids in the Rotunda takes place on the Rotunda Stage. This week: Magic Morgan & Liliana
Isthmus Green Day
April 16th (Saturday) - Monona Terrace
Fun and educational exhibits, speakers and activities from 9am - 5pm, including a Family Play Zone with
hands-on, sponsored activities for younger children. $5 admission for 12 & up, younger children are FREE as well as those that bus, ride or walk! Goodwill donations also accepted in lieu of admission. http://www.thedailypage.com/
MICHAELS:
10 am-1 pm and Sunday, April 17th 1 pm-3 pm. This Saturday there will be an Earth Day Make-It Take-It with the purchase of a tote. Ages 3 and older will be able to decorate a canvas tote.
TOYS R US:
Noon-2 pm. Kids ages 3 and up can enjoy fun activities, free gifts and more at the 3D Easter Adventure this Saturday. Find more information or to find a participating store you can go here
Notice: Expect all easter egg hunts to start promptly. Arriving late will likely mean missing the fun! Kids should bring a basket or a bag for collecting eggs/treats.
Elver Park, Madison (west side) Egg Hunt
11am - Egg hunt sponsored by Madison Metro Jaycees, including visits from the Easter Bunny, Madison Firefighters, drawings for prizes & more! www.madisonmetrojaycees.com
Lakeview Park, Middleton Egg Hunt
1pm - 3pm, Free family fun, sponsored by Middleton Jaycees includes activities for the whole family, face painting, visit from the Easter Bunny and Middleton Fire and Police. Egg hunt begins promptly at 1pm. www.middletonjaycees.org
SwimWest, Madison Egg Hunt
From 1pm - 5pm, join SwimWest at 1001 Deming Way for an Easter Egg Hunt and Pool Party! Admission is just two non-perishable food items per person to benefit Middleton Outreach Ministry's food pantry. Enjoy open swim, an egg hunt at 2pm, and preview of Swim&Gym All Sports Camp preview. www.swimwest.com or (608) 831-6829.

Waisman Center Children's Theatre
Shows take place in the Friends of the Waisman Center Auditorium at 1500 Highland Ave, off of University Ave near the UW Hospital. Admission to these short, family-friendly performances are usually just $2 for adults and $1 for children, thanks to sponsorship from American Girl Fund for Children.
Some shows provide Early Bird pre-show activities, and may offer either 1 or 2 show times. Advanced tickets highly recommended!
