A Berry Fun Time !!
We hit Aldi this week and picked up a few packs of the $.99 strawberries...so, today was slice and dry them day!
If you didn't get your dehydrator yet - from the Aldi deal I talked about here, check out your store the next time you go: they still had some in stock at the East Madison Store!
It is SOOOO easy to do!
We made banana chips earlier this week and today, did strawberries.
Miss Sarah LOVES Special K with berries - until I realized that she was just picking out the berries and elaving the cereal...(sigh)

Now she can have JUST the berries OR add them to her Multigrain Cheerios and Chocolate Chex!
I cleaned the berries and topped them,
Miss Sarah used the egg sclicer and started to fill the trays.
When the trays were all full - any berries left over were fair game.

Remember, it doesn't have to be fast, neat or tidy -
you are creating memories that will last a lifetime.
=)
The perk?
Now, we will have yummy berries to add to muffins, waffles, pancakes, and cereal this winter!
