Copps and Pick N Save (9/29 - 10/5)
Wow -- a lot of fun stuff happening in their ads this week AND
Saturday Double Coupon Day !!
What jumped out at me?
The Hormel Deal: Buy $20 and get $5 back!
Just look at this deal scenario:
Buy 10 Hormel Compleats or Chi-Chi’s Fiesta Plates 10 oz. @ $2.00 (Normally $2.39)- use five of the $0.55/1 Hormel Compleats Microwave Meal 8/7 SS (they will double)
- also use five of the BOGO tear pad coupon that is out there
- you will get $5 back to use on your next transaction!
Buy 10 (normally $23.90), spend $4.50 out of pocket and get $5 back for a $.50 PROFIT!
** I plan on this along with a gallon of milk (I still have $3 Kemp's coupons to use) or a FREE pack of Oscar Meyer Hot Dogs to make the $25 threshold. These are not my personal favorite but the hubby LOVES them for his late night work shifts...this should stock him up.
What else jumps out at me?
I know they have the Price Cap promotion but things like their 6oz string cheese packs are $1.29 when they used to be $1.00 - it's the delicate ying/yang of grocery pricing, LOL! I'm going to have to bite the bullet as we are getting low on cheese and we love it with crackers...too bad they don't have cheese outlets like they do bread outlets.
Keep an eye on your produce: Honeycrisp Apples are $1.69/# -- it's not a bargain! Even local orchards have them for as low as $.50/# -- keep in mind the $1/# or less rough guideline
:)
Mary Jo did a great job on the match up this week -- she is a few days ahead of us as her ads start on Sunday -- we get it on Thursday. Check it out HERE
