Monday Meal Plan
It's the beginning of a new week!We still have a HUGE stockpile that I need to use up...a TON of pasta and rice!!
This week, I will do some noodles ... some pizza ... and a lot of baking!

This week also finds Miss Sarah starting school - so we will be packing lunches!
Here is the list:
Breakfast will include:
- cold cereal (36 boxes -- time to USE it)
- fresh fruit (we have grapes, tomatoes and mandarin oranges)
- Emerald Breakfast To Go Granola/Nut packs (HOW could I still have 12 boxes left??)
Lunches as normal (sandwiches, snacky stuff, wraps, left overs, tappas plates) and for dinner...
Monday - Homemade pizza! This Week it is Pepperoni
Tuesday - Tuna Noodle Casserole (My daughter will think it's chicken...)
Wednesday - Lasagna (I need ricotta)
Thursday - Baked Chicken, Parmesan Pasta, Peas
Friday - Fridge Clean Out! (use up the leftovers)
Saturday - Tossed Taco Salad (I need lettuce)
Sunday - Grilled Salmon, Rice Pilaf, Mixed Veggies
