Mukwonago Pick N Save Problems?

I have started getting a few emails about couponers having bad experiences at this store... you can read a few examples:
Please post on twitter to watch out for the Pick N Save in Mukwonago. They are terribly unfriendly to coupon shoppers, and even treated my own mother like a criminal for using two single coupons- they searched her bags doubting that she even purchased the item on the coupon and was quite rude about it.

I had a terrible experience there yesterday that left me sobbing in tears as they refused to honor a rain check for the Nestle water that was on sale last week because "I cleared the shelf". They are outright rude and disrespectful to all coupon shoppers. I have had numerous bad experiences there and this time was "enough was enough". I left all my groceries that I had spent the last 45 minutes shopping for and walked out. I have a formal complaint into Roundy's and will let you know if anything comes of it, but in the meantime, if you could let the twitter world know that it is worth the extra miles drive to the Pick N Save to Muskego, where they have always been kind and even has complimented me on my "coupon skills (thanks to you!).
Is anyone else having a problem?
Like the second person mentioned - Muskego is close. The best way you can make yourself heard is to vote with your money. Where you choose to shop can speak louder than anything.

  1. My husband I are work with the marketing company that is responsible for the Pick'n'Save and Copps secrets shops. Sounds like we may need to make road trip from Neenah to Mukwonago to get some things changed. Every complaint we've ever had during a secret shop has been rectified by our next visit. I'm disappointed to hear that people are getting away with treating customers like that.

  2. I used to LOVE Secret Shopping! I simply don't have time for it anymore .. but did a bajillion McDonald's when they had the Johnsonville Brats, LOL - we had a freezer full (all less one bite).

  3. They refuse to accept Walgreens Register Rewards as well, Muskego has never once given me trouble- I thought that was a Roundys wide policy!?!

  4. Most PnS no longer take them Jen -
it's become 50/50 for Copps now and more RRs say "ONLY" at Walgreens instead of "Redeemable at" Walgreen's. Only makes it a store coupon and they don't take other store Qs

    HTH-
