My Shopping Plan For Copp's
Sorry - crazy day here! I really meant to get this out to you sooner!
My plan is simple tomorrow morning - only 2 transactions. I really don't have anywhere to put stuff and this is pushing the limits.
The massive amount of hot dogs should take care of a Tupperware team picnic this month, and a pool party next month...the turkey dogs are normally about $3.50 - so $1.00 is a great deal! (FREE would have been better, but I passed those coupons to someone who needed them more than we did).
Transaction #1:
10 packs turkey hot dogs @$2.00 = $20.00
-use five $1/2 coupons (doubled)
1 gallon milk @$1.99
2 pack mushrooms @$.99 = $1.98
2 packs baby carrots @$1.00 = $2
-use $6 Wags RR
$9.97 OOP
Transaction #2
10 packs Nestle Toll House Cookie Dough @$2.49 = $24.90
-use (10) $1/1 coupons - five will double
Get $5 off instantly from Nestle Promotion
1 gallon milk @$1.99
-use $3.00 Wags RR
$3.89 OOP
Grand total - $75ish for about $14, saving about 80%.
We plan to bake all the cookies off and take them to our Homeless Mission Support Group - that is 240 cookies (10 packs of 24)for less than $5.00. We couldn't make them that cheaply, LOL! We will make them into bags of 3 (snack size) and that should be enough for the 70 or so people that usually come.
That leaves carrots, milk and mushrooms for us, not a lot but we really are sitting VERY well here! We simply need to use our stockpile up a bit. I have a serious Jam Fest coming up between last year's cherries and this year's rhubarb - before the other summer fruits start coming into play!
What are YOU after this week at the stores?
