Christmas Craft Countdown: Ribbon Tree Shirt

Today means there are 80 days days until we get the big visit from St Nicholas. Now, don't panic! To try and help you, we have put together a list of great stuff to help you count down to the big event.
  • There will be 31 different crafts that you still have time to make, for gifts, in October.
  • There will be 30 different cookie recipes, that you can gather ingredients to bake, off in November.
  • There will be 24 different things you can add to your family holiday traditions in December - to help keep the Christ in Christmas.
Let's get started with those crafts!

Again, I found this gem on Pinterest -- SUPER cute idea from Stuff by Ash - a Ribbon Tree shirt!

What do you need?
Ribbon (if you are any kind of a crafter, you probably have enough already), your "Stitch Witchery" or "Steam-a-Seam" paper and a pair of scissors. You could do a running stitch, by hand, on the ribbon to ruffle it, but you might want to use your sewing machine to speed things up. Oh yeah... and a shirt. That makes this another pretty inexpensive project!

You can see her step-by-step tutorial HERE -- I am making this gem at my November Crop for Miss Sarah too - with a matching hair bow.

This would be ADORABLE if you had multiple girls -- make them each one of their own and it would make for an uber cute holiday photo!

Happy Crafting!
