Meal Plan Monday
It is a pretty easy week so am doing a few more "labor intensive" dishes this week like home made tortellini, and my aunt's marinara sauce.Again, I use using up things we have - working through some of the stockpile. We have a LOT of dried pasta - hence two different meals with it this week!
I seriously want to empty that chest freezer so I am ready for the big sales in March on Frozen food items.
I will also get some more baking done - I want to get some cookies, breakfast cookies and beer bread made this week.
* Means it is something I pulled out of the freezer
Here is our list for the week:
Breakfast will include:
- Pancakes*
- Egg bakes
- Yogurt parfaits*
- Circus Waffles (I make ONE batch of batter and leave it in the fridge for a few days, until it's gone)
