Meal Plan Monday
I like to start out by looking at our family calendar and seeing what nights are busier than others - and working my menu around that.It's a busy week -- classes to teach, our Twice a month Tuesday insanity (piano lessons AND scouts after school) a group dinner on Wednesday night, and then - a fairly open weekend.
I didn't get to the family breakfast egg bake last week, it took longer to thaw that pork sausage than I thought it would!

Again, I use using up things we have - working through some of the stockpile...I am bound and determined to lower that freezer level, regarless of a potential repeat Target deal (It had already happened by this time last year and they haven't answered my inquirey).

- Egg Scrambles
- Yogurt parfaits*
- Circus Waffles (I make ONE batch of batter and leave it in the fridge for a few days, until it's gone)

Friday - BBQ Chicken Sanwiches* Sweet potato fries*
Saturday - Tortellini Soup
