Meal Plan Monday (Tuesday)
I like to start out by looking at our family calendar and seeing what nights are busier than others - and working my menu around that.It's a MUCH simpler week here - I finally scheduled some "open" time for myself, which I am sure will get filled with something else as I have a mile long of things that I want to get done, LOL!
One Tupperware event, two coupon classes are all that is on my calendar... until Sunday's when it is Miss Sarah's dance recital. This means a few more labor intensive meals -- and yummier!

Here is our list for the week:
Breakfast will include:
Apples with peanut butter
French Toast Sticks
Egg Scrambles/Omelets
Smoothies
Lunches as normal (sandwiches, snacky stuff, wraps, left overs, tappas plates) and for dinner...

Monday - Grilled packs from the freezer (salmon or chicken, not sure which)
Tuesday - cold tuna pasta salad
Wednesday - Breakfast Bake (skipped it last week, using up leftover hot dog buns from the cookout!)
Thursday -chili dog casserole (using leftover weenies and buns)
Friday - Mini Taco Bites (from Pinterest)
Saturday - Spinach and mushroom ravioli with pesto!
Sunday - Out for chicken with the family (LOVE Fat Jack's!)
