Meal Plan Monday
I like to start out by looking at our family calendar and seeing what nights are busier than others - and working my menu around that.It's a MUCH simpler week here - I finally scheduled some "open" time for myself, which I am sure will get filled with something else as I have a mile long of things that I want to get done, LOL!
Two Tupperware events, A two coupon classes, Snacks for Daisey meeting and a kindergarten concert. Miss Sarah has it easy - with just piano lessons this week and ballet. This means a few more labor intensive meals -- and yummier!

Monday - Fridge Clean Out
Tuesday - Chicken Tiki Masala and Rice
Wednesday - Fish Sticks, corn, mashed potatoes
Thursday - Spinach Lasagna with garlic toast
Friday - Quiche (ham and broccoli?)
Saturday - Cheeseburger Pizza
Sunday - Mother's Day Brunch!
