Meal Plan Monday
I like to start out by looking at our family calendar and seeing what nights are busier than others - and working my menu around that. It's a MUCH simpler week here - I finally scheduled some "open" time for myself, which I am sure will get filled with something else as I have a mile long of things that I want to get done, LOL!
Two Tupperware events, two coupon classes are all that is on my calendar. Miss Sarah has it easy - with just piano lessons this week, ballet and her last time singing with the children's Cherub Choir at church on Sunday. This means a few more labor intensive meals -- and yummier!
