Quick run today...we didn't really need the cereal but it was only $.36 a box AND I wanted the coupon for the $3.25 off an order with milk.

Coupons $.15 for bags (YES! I REMEMBERED THEM!!!!!) two $1 off 2 Butterfingers (doubled), two $3 off 3 cereal, $10 instant discount for 6+ cereal boxes, $1 off pasta (doubled), $1 off soy milk (doubled), $.75 off granola (doubled).
I got $31.44 for $2.15 and saved 93% AND got coupon for $3.25 off my next order that has milk

I got $43.58 for $6.06 and saved 86%

Grand total today $75.02 for only $8.21 a savings of 89%

**on the bottom of each receipt was a coupon for $3 off a $7+ purchase at the deli on meal, salad or cheese...exp 10/17. I have MORE than enough cheese for a while, but I need ham for baked ham loaves and will be watching the sales over the next couple of weeks and might want MORE ham for making ground sandwich spread (super easy!)

I know this sounds strange -- and yummy at the same time, LOL You need to know the family history to "get it". We are part German, part English, part Irish and part Tennessee Hillbilly. Seriously. Did you ever see that black and white movie of Gary Cooper's called Sergeant York? Yes, my family comes from the Dyer/Yorks -- same family. Some of the "family recipes" are too far out there for even me to try... But this is a pot luck favorite. SUPER Easy and SUPER Easy to make healthier. We choose the middle of the road option, LOL You need:  1 package hot dog buns (8 ct) 1 package hot dogs 2 cups chili (or 1 can) 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese "fixins" That's it! You could do gluten free or whole grain wheat buns, turkey or tofu dogs, vegetarian chili, vegan or light cheese, you get the drift.
