I grew up looking forward to Sunday night television - the Disney movie of the week! It was always magical, and right after Marlin Perkins, LOL!

Today, there are so many options that the kiddos don't have to wait for the special showing - media is amazingly available that lets them tap into the magic of Disney 24/7.

Let's talk DVDs. You can usually score a Disney DVD at a garage sale for $2-3, but it might need a little scratch repair and isn't the best gift presentation...

Here is how to get the NEW Beauty and the Beast DVD release for $2.99 AND score a deal on Toy Story 3 (which should be out for holiday release!)

This is how you can get Beauty and the Beast Blu-Ray/DVD Combo for $2.99. This scenario will also give you $5 toward Toy Story 3 Combo Pack when it is released.

1.) Print the Beauty and the Beast $10 coupon on the Disney Website.

2.) Head to Toys R Us and Pre-order Toy Story 3 Combo Pack. Put down $5 and get $10 off a Blu-Ray of $19.99 and up coupon.

3.) Pay $22.99 for Beauty and the Beast and use $10 printable and $10 coupon you got from preordering Toy Story 3.

4.) Pay $2.99 (plus tax) out of pocket.

Wasn't that easy???

Use your $5 toward Toy Story 3 when it is released. I would be surprised if there was not a $10 coupon released on the Disney website for that too - or something on Coupons.com...which would make that $22.99 item about $7.99, still a GREAT deal!

BOTH of these gems will end up being a birthday gift in June for Ms Sarah as all Christmas gifts are already accounted for and wrapped -- I might have to find toy story 1 and 2 also, LOL!

Chili Dog Casserole

I know this sounds strange -- and yummy at the same time, LOL You need to know the family history to "get it". We are part German, part English, part Irish and part Tennessee Hillbilly. Seriously. Did you ever see that black and white movie of Gary Cooper's called Sergeant York? Yes, my family comes from the Dyer/Yorks -- same family. Some of the "family recipes" are too far out there for even me to try... But this is a pot luck favorite. SUPER Easy and SUPER Easy to make healthier. We choose the middle of the road option, LOL You need:  1 package hot dog buns (8 ct) 1 package hot dogs 2 cups chili (or 1 can) 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese "fixins" That's it! You could do gluten free or whole grain wheat buns, turkey or tofu dogs, vegetarian chili, vegan or light cheese, you get the drift.
