**This is a rock bottom price for bone-in pork loin. We saw boneless pork loin for $1.99 a couple weeks back, which is a rock bottom for that. It is a huge piece of meat, 16-20 pounds, and when I bought some a few weeks ago I asked the meat cutter to cut it up into a handful of smaller roasts and pork chops. He graciously did, but this week I see sliced pork loin is $0.20/lb more so I’m not sure if they will charge you more if they cut it for you.
