YIPPE! It's the beginning of the month and I have a new $100 to work with!

Today was FIVE transactions, to work that Kellogg's Cereal Deal AND the twenty $1 off 1 Yoplait Delight coupons I had to work with.
=)
First things first - to NOT hold up people behind me, I bought a $50 Roundy's gift card...AND, that counts for Fuelperks - it was worth another $.05/gallon!
I am using that Snapple 6 pack deal to bump up to the $25 minimums - and get a FULL $5.99 rebate on them all, so I am taking that $5.99 out of my totals today.

    I have my four year old convinced that the Yoplait Chocolate raspberry Delights are pudding...it keeps for 2 months and she can have one a day...after all, it's just yogurt.
    =)
    I am keeping the cereal this week because we donated 30 boxes to our church food pantry last week...
    The rest is pretty basic, fresh fruits & Veggies, some dairy added in:

    6 boxes Special K

    2 gallons of milk

I know this sounds strange -- and yummy at the same time, LOL You need to know the family history to "get it". We are part German, part English, part Irish and part Tennessee Hillbilly. Seriously. Did you ever see that black and white movie of Gary Cooper's called Sergeant York? Yes, my family comes from the Dyer/Yorks -- same family. Some of the "family recipes" are too far out there for even me to try... But this is a pot luck favorite. SUPER Easy and SUPER Easy to make healthier. We choose the middle of the road option, LOL You need:  1 package hot dog buns (8 ct) 1 package hot dogs 2 cups chili (or 1 can) 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese "fixins" That's it! You could do gluten free or whole grain wheat buns, turkey or tofu dogs, vegetarian chili, vegan or light cheese, you get the drift.
