Update: Summer Fun List

Wow - Month Summer is almost over -- School is starting up soon!!
WHAT happened to the time?
So far our list:

*swimming - done
*make Popsicles (I shared my recipe list in the recipe section!) - done
*library and bookstore reading programs (Just doing the Half Price Books one) 
*Going to the Dells - done
*A Jurassic Birthday Party for Miss Sarah - done
*Going to Cousin Eric's Wedding in Colorado - done
*Plant a container garden - done
*Teach Sarah how to roller skate - in progress
*Going to the Voss's cabin with my inlaws - done
*crafting - currently making plaster door hanger- done
*Church Drive In Movie Night - missed it.......but we are OK with that.
*taking Miss Sarah to Florida to see Aunt Brenda and Uncle Sam - in progress
*going to Disney! - in progress
*make homemade ice cream (I got a machine free from TW a few years ago and we didn't use it ONCE last summer and found a pretty cool recipe for SnickerDoodle Ice Cream to try!!)
*homemade bubbles with dish soap and white corn syrup - done
*summer karate lessons for Sarah - done
*Visit the local county fair - done
*a few family cookouts/pool parties - done
*4th of July parade- done
*Concerts on the square (free) - missed it
*Tuesday mornings at the park with her preschool friends (a Drop in thing) - done
*Crafty Kids thru the library - done
*A few citywide garage sales for bargain hunting (yet, another post) - done
*Go to the zoo
*Visiting our Children's Museum
*Picking Strawberries - skipped it
*Make Jam - done
*Pick Cherries - done
*Checking out the blooming lilacs at the McKay Center in Madison - done
*Visiting the Madison Farmer's Market- done
*Attending the free Kid Workshops at the Home Depot the 1st Saturday of the month
*Host our Tupperware Team's Memorial Day Family Picnic - done

See what I mean?
It's getting to be a pretty long list...especially when we are gone for almost three weeks traveling!!
