January Class Schedule

This is the list of where I am going to be and when I am going to be there for January. It's a short list as it is a large month with Tupperware AND Miss Sarah has so much going on.

- Saturday, January 7th (2012), Coupon class 10AM in Marshall at the Marshall Public Library. FREE (Library is sponsoring it)

- Saturday, January 14th (2012) , Coupon class 10AM in Franklin at the Franklin Public Library, 9151 W Loomis Road , Franklin. FREE (Library is sponsoring it)

- Saturday, January 14th (2012) , Coupon class 2:00PM Madison at the Hawthorne Public Library. 2707 E Washington Ave, Madison, FREE (Library is sponsoring it)

- Tuesday, January 17th (2012) , Coupon class at 6:00 PM at the Monona Public Library, Monona. FREE (Library is sponsoring it) Sign up now! - Thursday, January 19th (2012), 6:15 Meal Planning class for MAMOM's Group

- Saturday, January 21st (2012), 9:30 AM at Hoyt - Coupon class -- part of the Madison Recreation Department Schedule. Only 15 spots left: Pre-registration is required at http://www.mscr.org/ (non-MMSD participants pay 50% more-board policy) Class Fee is $11.00 ($16.50)
- Tuesday, January 24th (2012), Coupon class in Pardeeville at the Angie W. Cox Public Library. FREE (Library is sponsoring it)

- Thursday, January 26th (2012), Coupon class 6:30PM in Stoughton at the Stoughton Public Library. FREE (Library is sponsoring it)

Chili Dog Casserole

I know this sounds strange -- and yummy at the same time, LOL You need to know the family history to "get it". We are part German, part English, part Irish and part Tennessee Hillbilly. Seriously. Did you ever see that black and white movie of Gary Cooper's called Sergeant York? Yes, my family comes from the Dyer/Yorks -- same family. Some of the "family recipes" are too far out there for even me to try... But this is a pot luck favorite. SUPER Easy and SUPER Easy to make healthier. We choose the middle of the road option, LOL You need:  1 package hot dog buns (8 ct) 1 package hot dogs 2 cups chili (or 1 can) 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese "fixins" That's it! You could do gluten free or whole grain wheat buns, turkey or tofu dogs, vegetarian chili, vegan or light cheese, you get the drift.
