My Copp's Run Today...saved 74.5%

I got everything on my list, but they didn't have enough Turkey Selects hot dogs and let me use my coupons on the classic weiners. My normal cashiers (I love ya Kim and Kathleen!) were off and they had this young gal there. 1. I live in Lodi (recently transplanted from Madison) and my nearest Roundy's store is the PNS in DeForest. I had 5 transactions planned. About halfway through my list I came to the 4th item that the store didn't carry - small store, small selection. I gave up, put it all back and went to my old standby store in Madison instead. They had everything on my list and my favorite checker was working. Wound up saving about 75% but with a lot of hassle along the way! Lesson learned: a small amount of extra travel is worth it.
