FREE Hair Cuts!!

Call your local JcPenney Salon NOW to book a FREE haircut for your kiddos if they are going to be entering Kindergarten thru 6th grade this fall!

A few things about this:
  • You have to be a JCP Rewards Member (sign up FREE and earn 100 points)
  • It is August only.
  • It is a $14 value.
  • It is a 15 minute appointment - JUST a cut. No washing/etc.
  • Bring CA$H to tip the stylist. Just because it is a FREE service from the salon, doesn't mean that they stylist should get stiffed. (think waitresses and tips/same concept). I say CA$H as there will be no bill - you can't use plastic and process it through the salon.
Still - a $3-5 tip on a FREE cut is a heck of a great deal!

Call your salon quick - they only have so many slots available!

Chili Dog Casserole

I know this sounds strange -- and yummy at the same time, LOL You need to know the family history to "get it". We are part German, part English, part Irish and part Tennessee Hillbilly. Seriously. Did you ever see that black and white movie of Gary Cooper's called Sergeant York? Yes, my family comes from the Dyer/Yorks -- same family. Some of the "family recipes" are too far out there for even me to try... But this is a pot luck favorite. SUPER Easy and SUPER Easy to make healthier. We choose the middle of the road option, LOL You need:  1 package hot dog buns (8 ct) 1 package hot dogs 2 cups chili (or 1 can) 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese "fixins" That's it! You could do gluten free or whole grain wheat buns, turkey or tofu dogs, vegetarian chili, vegan or light cheese, you get the drift.
